At KV-1 Anti-Aging Beauty we only ship to Spain (Peninsula) through our Online Store.
The estimated price per order:
Orders less than €80: €6.50
Orders over €80: FREE Shipping.
*Don't forget to select the Free Shipping option if your order is over €80 and if the purchase system does not indicate it.
In the event of an error and the need to charge shipping costs for orders over €80, you can send an email to admin@mslinea.com with the reason and the order number to make the claim and proceed to refund the total amount charged in error.
We work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and that is why our guaranteed delivery service is 72/96 working hours in Spain, for shipments to mainland Spain.
Please note that orders placed before 12:00 am are prepared and shipped the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 am are processed the following business day, so in this case the delivery time increases by 24 hours. On weekends or holidays, orders are processed the following business day.
We calculate delivery times from the moment the order leaves our warehouse in Barcelona until it reaches its destination. You will receive an email from us stating that the order has been shipped when the courier company collects your order from our warehouse.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
We recommend checking all the information provided in the purchase forms to avoid possible errors, since if there is an error in the shipping or billing address, this will entail an additional cost that will be communicated to you once the delivery address has been modified.

RETURNS
We accept returns
If the order received is not the one requested, you have the option to return or exchange it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You can return the products you want and we will issue you the corresponding refund.
To process the return, you must notify us by email at info@mslinea.com indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase and we will detail how to return your order.
In the event that the return is due to reasons beyond the control of KV-1 Anti-Aging Beauty, for example, due to a change of mind or an error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, it is the customer who must return the products to us as long as they are in the same condition as when they were received. Once we receive the returned products at our logistics centre, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to KV-1 Anti-Aging Beauty, for example a defective product or one that does not match the purchased reference, we will be responsible for collecting the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.
How to return a product
1-Inform us of your return
Send an email with the order reference, the name of the person who made the purchase and the reason for the return to info@mslinea.com.
2-Prepare the package for return
If the return is due to reasons beyond the control of KV-1 Anti-Aging Beauty, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the original packaging and label and in the same box. You can choose the shipping method that best suits you so that it arrives in the indicated time.
If the return is due to causes attributable to KV-1 Anti-Aging Beauty, in the response to your first contact we will detail how to proceed to make the exchange/return causing minimal inconvenience.

3. The third and final step protects from the outside by sealing the cuticle and maintaining hydration. There are 5 different Hair Liftings depending on the type of hair.
